We do not have or believe in using a sales team. When you book your free consultation meeting one of our designers will meet with you onsite to discuss your ideas and provide feedback on the spot.

We offer a competitive fixed price concept package for $3,500 (plus GST) with a two week turn around from site measure.

The package will include:

site plan with relevant council regulations
existing house plans
proposed house plans
perspective 3D views
estimated cost’s for achieving consent

Consent

Let us take control of the daunting consent process for you!

Once the final concept and pricing is approved, our team will take your project into the next phase. We prepare all working drawings, specifications, and identify any engineering related to your design. The House Concept will engage and manage any consultants that could be required.

All estimated consent related costs will be outlined for you as part of the concept package.

Just give us the nod and we will continue to manage your project through to achieving building consent.
